Is your furnace or A/C properly sized?

• An undersized unit will cause equipment to labor and damage equipment.
  

• An oversized unit will consume too much energy, resulting in excessive utility bills and
  

damaged equipment.

Choose a knowledgeable HVAC contractor who can properly size your equipment; one who does not profit from your investment.

Who will service your new equipment when necessary?

• Some installers are not capable of servicing equipment.
  

• Costly service calls can be avoided if your installer also services.
  

Choose an installer who is also qualified to trouble shoot and service your equipment; one who has customer satisfaction as his goal..

Will your contractor sell the best equipment for your situation?

• A complete knowledge of the different types of systems is necessary.
  

• Some contractors only promote the equipment that they prefer to install and service without offering all of the options.
  

Choose a HVAC contractor that discusses all of the options.

If your equipment doesn't function adequately as it was designed, will your contractor find a solution?

• Once equipment is installed, another contractor cannot intervene without canceling your warranty with your installer company.
  

• Proper ductwork and equipment placement is necessary to insure adequate airflow.
  

Choose a professionally trained contractor to insure proper HVAC installations.

Is your installer a trained professional?

• Many companies send their trainees to install equipment in outlaying area.
  

• Be sure your installer has adequate training and supervision.
