Rich Zimmiond, owner of Integrity Heating and Air Conditioning is a graduate of North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton, ND, in the field of Environmental Systems-Cooling/Heating Equipment, Service and Sheet Metal Installations.  Rich graduated with a 4.0 grade point average and has been actively involved in the HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) installation and service business since graduation.
We take pride in the fact that Rich is college educated in the HVAC installation and service as well as having 21 years experience in the field.  This education and work experience insure you, the homeowner or business owner , a quality product that is installed correctly and will provide for your comfort for years to come. 
Lori Zimmiond, co-owner of Integrity Heating and Air Conditioning manages the business.  She is very knowledgeable about the HVAC field and answers many questions about equipment, installation, and pricing.  She is also gifted with creative new ideas, bringing new products and services into the business.
Rich and Lori were married in 1984; they have been blessed with two children, Leah and Forrest. Their oldest daughter, DaNae, awaits them in Heaven. 
Rich has served as a lay minister in the Jail Ministry and Lori has been a Hospice volunteer, as well as  good friends to their community.

The Road Not Taken

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
and sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sign
Somewhere ages and ages hence;
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I ----
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
